Upon receipt of your request you shall be contacted to confirm your booking or offer you alternate dates.
If you are making this booking less than 4 weeks prior to your required start date the full payment will be required after confirmation. Bookings greater than 4 weeks prior to commencement will require a deposit of £100 with the balance due 4 weeks prior to commencement. Please do not send any payment until you have received confirmation of booking.
Please note that the house is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
