This house is situated in a raised position within Aberdovey overlooking the estuary, bowling green, tennis courts and Aberdovey Golf Club and is within easy walking distance from the village.
The property can sleep up to nine people and has a modern kitchen, lounge, dining room, five bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms and central heating.
There is a patio area at the side of the house providing a secluded area for drying beach-wear and towels. Double gates open up the area to provide magnificent views over the estuary and a patio table and chairs enable you to dine outdoors. A barbeque is provided.

Ground Floor
At the front of the house the lounge has settees, comfy chairs and an open fireplace.
At the rear, the dinning room is large enough to cater for everyone and is easily accessible to the kitchen and walk-in pantry.
The kitchen has been refurbished recently and has a breakfast area. Appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, cooker and microwave.
The lounge and kitchen have stunning views over Cardigan Bay.

First Floor
A single room and a double room at the front overlooking the estuary and a spacious twin bedded room at the rear.
A recently installed bathroom with large bath, separate shower, sink and toilet is located off the first floor landing.

Second Floor
One double room overlooking the estuary complete with en-suite washbasin and another double room to the rear.
A shower room with a shower, sink and toilet is situated adjacent to the front double room.
